Thru-Hole Assembly

Thru-hole design is a very important part of most electronic products. in fact, it often does comprise the major proportion of the assembled cost of the product. Understanding the importance of this, we use a core of skilled and competent operators. we also employ a process engineer to ensure that the processes used are efficient and are optimized to reduce human error.

Mechanical Assembly

What sets us apart from our competition is our ability to assemble PCBs in their final consumer casings. this process can involve programming, mounting, crimping of cables and wiring harnesses, and final consumer testing.

SMT Assembly

We offer small to medium production runs of surface mount assembly at competitive prices. We can CAD convert your files for both pick and place and stencil printing for production of your product. At CEMCO you will have product security, as the production is all carried out in New Zealand. All PCB assemblies are manufactured to meet RoHS Standards.

Prototyping

At CEMCO, we offer a dedicated quick turn around PCB prototype assembly service for building small runs and one-off designs. Our team of technicians have over 25 years experience in this highly skilled process and can guarantee on time delivery of high quality prototypes.

Our service includes:

Procurement

We take the headache out of sourcing components, delivering to you an on-time product at a competitive rate.

Our Purchasing department has experience in sourcing:

- PCBs

- Paste Stencils

- Lead-free components

- Thru-hole and SMT components

Degree of Service we offer

(1) Full Turnkey: We handle the entire process, including ordering PCB boards and components, and deliver the completed product.

(2) Partial Turnkey: You can ship us the PCB boards and/or components. We will order the remaining parts and deliver the completed product.

(3) Assembly Only: You can ship us the entire inventory and we will assemble only the part required - just the SMT of SMT and thru-hole.

Design and PCB Alterations

We can assist with design work and/or alterations to your existing product. Our engineers can make adjustments to your PCB and stencils required for production.
